PAUSE North Coast is being developed with investments reaching EGP 20 billion in the heart of Egypt’s North Coast. The project spans approximately 250 feddans and is designed around a comprehensive coastal lifestyle that goes beyond the traditional concept of a holiday home.

According to Ahmed El-Fayoumy, CEO of K Developments, the first phase was launched based on an integrated master plan and a concept that combines the calm character of the traditional North Coast with the energy and experiences of modern coastal destinations.
