This Privacy Policy explains how K Developments ("K Developments", "we", "us" or "our"), the real estate development arm of Kayan Asset Management, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit k-developments.com (the "Website"), contact us or register your interest in our projects. We process personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.

2. The data we collect

• Contact and enquiry data you give us through registration and contact forms, by phone or by email: your name, phone number, email address, country, the project or unit type you are interested in, and your message.
• Ask K chat data: the questions you type into our Ask K assistant and any contact details you choose to share in the chat.
• Job application data you send through our Careers page, such as your CV, education and work history.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically when you browse the Website, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages and the website that referred you.
• Cookie data: see section 6.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it to us through the Website.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your enquiries, share project details, prices and availability, and arrange visits or calls with our sales team.
• To send you updates about our projects and offers where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To review job applications.
• To operate, secure and improve the Website and understand how visitors use it.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations and protect our legal rights.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps you request before entering into a contract (for example a reservation or purchase), to comply with the law, or for our legitimate business interests where these do not override your rights.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our group companies, including Kayan Asset Management, and our authorised sales partners and brokers, to handle your enquiry.
• Service providers who help us run the Website and our business, such as website hosting, customer chat, email, analytics and advertising providers. They may only use your data to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, courts or regulators where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside Egypt

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Egypt. Where this happens, we take the steps required by Egyptian law to make sure your data receives an adequate level of protection.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including restricted access, secure connections and confidentiality obligations for our staff and service providers. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• withdraw your consent at any time;
• correct, update or complete your data;
• ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing, within the limits of the law;
• object to processing, including for direct marketing;

10. Children

The Website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
